Citizen Survey
Dreaming and getting involved is essential to shaping the PEM and giving the process both content and legitimacy, while creating a new framework for citizen collaboration in urban planning. That is why we launched a large-scale survey (n = 4,047) to gather citizens’ views on the PEM’s 9 challenges. We had two main objectives:
To gain an overall picture of the city, reflecting citizens’ views at a high level.
To develop a more comprehensive diagnosis of the city, with a district-based view of the main challenges and themes.
